Can I book only a wash and blow-dry?+
Absolutely. Choose short, medium or long hair, then select your stylist and a time. Wash and blow-dry appointments start at ฿300.
How do I choose my hair length?+
Short is above the chin, medium is between chin and shoulders, and long is below the shoulders. If your hair is very thick or you are unsure, choose a consultation so we can plan enough time.
Can I choose my stylist?+
Yes. Choose your preferred stylist or Anyone Available. You will only see stylists who offer your selected service, and the assigned stylist is shown before you confirm.
Do you offer men’s cuts?+
Yes. Men’s Cut & Style is ฿400 for 30 minutes, with Leo. You will find it under Routine styling.
Are colour prices fixed?+
Colour prices start at the amount shown. Hair length, condition and the work required affect the final price. We will discuss the price before starting.
When should I book a consultation?+
For a major transformation, colour correction, a new chemical service, or when you are unsure what to choose. A 20-minute Colour & Style Consultation is complimentary. A patch test or a separate service appointment may be needed.
Can I walk in?+
You are welcome to walk in during opening hours. Availability varies, so booking ahead is the easiest way to secure time with your preferred stylist.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?+
Use the private management link shown after booking, or My Booking on the same device. You can change or cancel online up to 6 hours before the appointment. Within 6 hours, please contact the salon.
Do I need to pay online?+
No. There is no deposit or online payment. Pay at the salon after your appointment. No customer account or email address is needed to book.
